The Brexiza Sandy Beach

The Brexiza Beach right in front of the residences has been awarded continuously every year with the “Blue Flag” award. The “blue flag” award, as an international symbol of quality, is given to beaches that meet strict qualification requirements in terms of water quality, environmental education and information, environmental management, and safety and other services.

The Seafront Pedestrian Road

The seaside pedestrian road is ideal for an everyday refreshment walk. Within a few minutes time, one visits the picturesque port of Nea Makri, which combines the traditional Greek style tavernas along with the popular night life.

The Small Forest

The “small forest” expands across the coastline as a natural frontier to our residences.
It consists of 50 year-old pines and small Greek smell plants such as thyme and rosemary, and has a dual effect. It serves as a windbreak wall from strong windfalls during winter, while during summertime serves as a natural air filter which circulates a cool breeze throughout all residences.
The “small forest” was officially declared by the Greek State as preserved and protected environmental area because of its natural beauty and as a refueling station of migratory birds.



The tomb of the Plataeans, the cemetery of Vranas, the cave of Pan, the ancient city of Ramnous, the sanctuary of the Egyptian Gods, the temple of Poseidon at Sounio are only a few of the most well-known antiquities in close proximity to the Residences.


The unique landscape which combines the ideal weather conditions along with the beach and water suitability and the 300 days of sunshine for almost each year, proves to be ideal for all kinds of water sports.
Sailing, waterskiing, kite surfing, windsurfing, wakeboard, and sup are only a few sports to mention.

  • The Schinias Beach where the famous Trianthlon Race takes place each year
  • The Nea Makri stadium where football academies for all age range practice and enjoy all the benefits of a well organized training field
  • The Nea Makri municipal facilities that host an Olympic sized swimming pool and six tennis fields
  • The Horse Riding Centre in Marathon which offers an unforgettable experience of horse riding along the coastline of Schinias beach
Finally one can enjoy the sea side pedestrian road where due to its 5 km length, is ideal for all kind of physical exercise, from a refreshment walk up to a daily training program.

The Cyclades Islands and specifically the noble Andros, the deeply religious  Tinos, the cosmopolitan Myconos and the restless Paros, are easily accessible from the Port of Rafina. Meanwhile the island of Evoia along with the complex of 10 small uninhabited islands named “Petalioi” are the perfect escape for a day trip to explore reclusive beaches and dive to crystal clear turquoise waters.


One of the oldest monasteries in Attica is that of Saint Ephraim in Nea Makri. It is a holy place of pilgrimage of a Saint who became famous for his miracles and now attracts thousands of worshipers each year from all over the world, especially people looking to cure diseases.
